Cat Body Language Class

Learn more about how cats communicate – both for your comfort and that of the cat! Our resident cat expert, Sharon Bolden, will impart some of her expertise to help to make us better care providers. This hands-on experience is an excellent way to strengthen your understanding of your own cat, as well as shelter cats.

• This class is also required for volunteers who are interested in doing one-on-one cat handling, and/or fostering, at the Haywood County Animal Shelter, Sarge’s Animal Rescue Adoption Center, and PetSmart.
